Can’t check my account since there us always this 404 error. The app is great itself, would be also nice if you have Etihad Miles store. Please fix this problem with account.

اسوء تطبيق منذ سنوات

Since July 2024 I applied for complain and no one even updated me, i keep calling Customer service line and they cant have clear reply. So bad

App does not respond after verification process for credit card otp when purchasing a flight ticket the pay now button shows loading but nothing happens and pay now keeps showing again after the loading process and I am not able to complete my ticket purchase, I have been stranded abroad because I used one-way ticket purchase and now I could not fly back home because of you and I am a gold member the only way i can forgive you is if you make me diamond. That’s the only apology accepted from you.
