very slow application and etihad staff behavior is rude

I have 3 cases still open and it has been 3 weeks now. I have contacted customer service and they told me to wait up to 28 days!

I think this is my last time fly with etihad My etihad guest become silver after 9 years 6x times a year, and this year became silver Really? Bye etihad

Please re-operate etihad and please do not operate by other airlines

I had a flight scheduled at 3:10 am, with a coach transfer booked at 20:45pm from Dubai to Abu Dhabi airport. Flight was delayed and rescheduled to 6:10am. I contacted an assistance team to rebook my coach transfer. Mr. Hussein Ramadan Mohamed Hafez was presented with an info mentioned above and confirmed my new coach transfer from DUBAI at 1:10am. I took a taxi to al Wasl Central bus station and guess what ?! It’s a transfer from ABU DHABI to Dubai, there is no bus from Dubai till 4am. A team simply ignored info and mislead me, made me go to Al wasl instead of Abu Dhabi on taxi right away. 1 star for ignorance, this is totally unprofessional.

why does it sometimes get an error when I want to buy a ticket in the application, there is an error when logging in using a member even though the member number is correct :(
