Ux is outdated, experience isn’t smooth.
Worst airline app I have ever used!!! Takes forever to load specially during check in. Contacted customer service for help through email and never got a reply. What a shame for such a big airline company! Huge improvements needed for the app.

Are there plans to get the app working any time soon? It is off for over 3 weeks now. Not possible to check in or manage flights *After the update still no change
Upon check in, i was informed that I am entitled to use the etihad business lounge (silver) Rush my way to Level 4 PAGGS (April 28, 2024 at 9:32pm), unfortunately at the reception I was told that I am not eligible - the lady SPECIFIED that it is only for business class passenger. Good thing I have my credit card, it save myself from the embarrassment and able to access using my lounge key. In Abu Dhabi I was able to enjoy the privilege of accessing the Etihad business class lounge, i wonder why i cannot enjoy the same in my own country.

There is currently a bug. Both the “+” and “add trip” buttons are not working so existing bookings cannot be added to the app. I see, from the app feedback, that another user reported this same issue on 5 April 24 and the developer response is to recommend upgrading to the current version of the app. I am using the current version of the app and I am experiencing the same issue across multiple bookings over the last few weeks. I’d recommend this bug be investigated. Thank you.
