Everand: Audiobooks and ebooks

I’ve been using this app for a while, and I’m beyond frustrated. For over a month now, there has been an incredibly annoying bug on the iPad version—a useless slider appearing at the top of the screen that serves no purpose but to block the first few lines of text. What’s even worse is that the developers are fully aware of the issue, yet they seem completely incapable of fixing it. It’s truly unbelievable that such a simple problem remains unresolved for so long. Funny how they have no trouble processing the subscription fees, but actually maintaining the app? Apparently, that’s too much to ask.

Few months ago I used it without any problem. Today I wanted to renew my subscription despite the fee was charged 2 times i have no access to the books.

I found the app a long time ago, when I was a kid. I loved it so much, when I had the chance, I would subscribe and read the books. However, I had to realize that since they changed the name and merged it, the books have become much less of a focus. I want to search for something, but in vain, because the search engine is absolutely useless, it throws up everything, but not what I searched for... not to mention that it's all deceptive, because sometimes it shows up through google that the book is up, but if I click on it, it opens the app, it disappears..

I’ve had an account for more than two years, but since the beginning of the year, the app limits how many, and which books I can read. There is NO explanation when or why books will become limited, and sometimes it happens after two books, other times after five. When you email them to ask for an explanation, they will be vague and offer none. Instead of implying in every advertisement that it’s an unlimited service, they need to be upfront and transparent about how many books are included in the subscription. I would have been happy to pay a few more bucks for an ACTUALLY unlimited subscription. Disappointed and frustrated.

Most of the books I read before is not available now, but I pay the same amount every month. So, I cancel my subscription.

Please please please add other languages to the dictionary feature. It's sooo helpful for reading books in a foreign language and it's the only thing I'm missing from Kindle. Please and thank you.

Hello, The app says i need to update it but when i go back to the appstore it says i can only open the app then when i open it it says i need to update but there is no update button so i literally cant use the app..

However the content is great, I don’t get why can’t I read a magazine like a normal book - I got real frustrated when a magazine put up a question on a page indicating that the answer is found on page 46…but the app separates the articles without page number. And no matter how thorough I read each of the articles, I simply don’t find the answer.

I sent numerous e-mails to support but the costumer service keeps sending the same response! I don’t think it is fair to charge me for FREE TRIAL, it is supposed to be free right. Straight after my free trial expired I gor charged with the monthly fee!
