Hello, I am currently in the trial period and very interested in continuing the subscription. However, we have an issue regarding audiobooks. After my child finishes listening to an audiobook, there doesn’t seem to be a way to replay it. This is quite inconvenient. Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you very much. Best regards, Lin
I saw that on the description guaranteeing no charges would be made without asking me. Surprise! I was charged almost 90 for an app that I won’t use. I know there must be conditions when I clicked agree on the page, but I’ve got no response for whatever feedback I gave to the website and customer service. It’ll be nice if no one will go through I happened to me.
Not even the very old PDF files are printable. Printing on papers makes it easier to read

I have tried listening to other audiobook apps and i feel sleepy or distracted to their sound. I’m on free trial of scribd and so far it makes me want to subscribe, the audio makes me feel like i was not only listening to a story but watching a documentary! It is brilliant!!
Wenn app can fix… I have to completely close the APP, before I want to play the book which I have heard half.

Hi, I was surprised that my credit card was deducted a monthly fee on 10/25. I subscribed for free trial a couple of months ago then cancel the recurring subscription after a few weeks. I don’t understand why you still deduct the money from my card. There is nowhere I can cancel the recurring in the app. I tried going to App Store and Settings like your website suggests but in both places in ‘Subscription’ I didn’t see Scribd....... please return my money and the overseas transaction fee...
