An excellent exercise app for all women AND also men!
I was not a person who liked to exercise at home but with this app it is so much easier to do it!! It has helped me so much to recover my body after 2 pregnancies but also gained strength and the discipline to exercise. It is an app easy to use, so much detail in every workout and you could exercise along the whole routine following step by step. There are many levels and you choose what is better for your body and the time you can dedicate daily to it.

The app is easy to navigate but more importantly the workouts are feasible for a busy mom, game changing for a stronger core and truly transformational when also eating better. You wont regret the purchase or the workout!

I did this program pregnant, postpartum, and still here in toddlerhood. Even if you don’t have kids this is a great program to protect your back/pelvic floor!

People who are bored on the treadmill always approach me at the gym to ask me where i get my workouts from, because every day is different and challenging, but doable. It’s awesome sauce. This program has given me so much strength and confidence! Highly recommend.

Truly my favorite
Get Mom Strong workouts have truly been my favorites. I've never done an app program that I stick with except this one! Worth it.
Started this program a couple of years ago, before having my first child actually, to address a weak pelvic floor causing chronic back issues. It helped me carefully strengthen by pelvic floor and entire body and was my go to when I did get pregnant for both pregnancy fitness and postpartum recovery. It is definitely focused on strength but incorporates some cardio which I really like. I’ve recommended this to friends and family.

The workouts are amazing and the support community is incredible. The program takes the guesswork out of exercise programming and is easy to follow. Easily modifiable and focuses heavily on building and maintaining core strength as a foundation. I’ve been using it for 4 years and love it more each workout!

Strongest I have ever been
Have been doing SLAM for 3 years after being diagnosed with DR with my 2nd birth. Not only am I almost fully healed, strong enough to hold both of my 3 and 5 year old boys at same time, but the strongest I have ever been.
