Amazing app and programs
I have followed Ashley for about 5 years and have done her programs for the last 2.5 years. Her programs and information that she shares have been fundamental in my postpartum recovery. The app is so easy to use and she is always adding new content, challenges and improvements.
I love how ‘real’ Ashley is, with her kids and her doggy Dal often making appearances in her videos. My husband and my teen will often do a workout with me as the workouts are relevant to everyone not just Moms.

I’m a self confessed “non-exercise” person- I love swimming but hate the gym - since having kids getting out has been near impossible as I also work full time- This program is the only way I fit strength training into my life.
Life Changing
This program has absolutely changed my life! I couldn’t ask for a better training program for my third postpartum period and now it’s all condensed into an amazing app. The functionality and usability it great and so many awesome extras have been added. Epic work Ashley.

Love this programme so much and the authenticity Ashley brings! Makes working out so much easier with easy to follow workouts and so great to track my progress. Feeling so strong and am seeing the difference with my diastasis recti and general posture improvement, my aches and pains have improved as a result and I’ve never felt better!
Not really that mom friendly
the programs are very long, often require extra equipment even when they say they dont. Ah, also customer service is lacking, and they have a super shady no-refund policy for auto renewals (thats how you spot an unscrupulous business). Especially for new moms, who does that.
You Need it!!
Workouts that you don’t have to think about and she makes it so fun! I love all the pelvic floor work as the foundation. Seeing her dog and kiddos on the videos makes me feel right at home since mine do the same during my workouts! The app comes with delicious recipes and so many workout programs and options. I wish I started using this in those early postpartum days instead of 2 years later. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an attainable workout program as a busy mom.

So thankful for this app and all of Ashley’s (and other trainers) time and knowledge that’s shared through it! I feel strong and confident in my body and these workouts have had a huge role in that!
Such a great workout right from your home
I love the SLAM programs and the app has just gotten better and better. So easy to use, lots of extra functions if you like keeping track of weights and reps and rounds, etc. there’s a wealth of workouts, nutrition, health tips and more all in the app. Highly recommend the SLAM programs. No matter what your fitness level, there’s something there for you.
30 years postpartum and loving it
I’ve been working out with Ashley for over a year and feel amazing. The workouts have strengthened my joints and helped with leaking. A few months ago I went on a hiking trip for a week (20k average steps per day), then got sick and didn’t do an Ashley workout for 3 weeks. The leaking got worse and the joints got sore. Never to old to start. This has really helped me through perimenopause. I feel strong and fit!
