You won’t regret it!
I have been strength training for over 10 years, but postpartum I struggled to get back on it and to understand my body. Ashley is amazing, I love every thing she teaches but the knowledge she provides is incredible! I’m now the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been and that’s after 2 children! Love the app! It’s very intuitive and I love the replay of the moves so I can make sure I’m doing them right! Love that there is a warm up and cool down stretch afterwards. Also I love that every workout is different so I don’t get bored.
The best app for women

Oh my gosh ! Ashley is the gift that keeps giving. Followed her for nearly 5 years now. Her programs are so good. I’m a PT myself but not post natal trained or DR. Best postnatal home workout program
This is by far the best home workout program ever. Ashley is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring in every single aspect of her programming from core basics right up to the super tough Advanced workouts. I love the app and the whole SLAM community so much!
Recovering and building
I’ve been doing this program for six months now. Finished slam30 and now a quarter through slam45 and I’m no longer getting injured. Specifically, three 10 pound kids meant a lot of random back spasms and pain that would put me out for hours. I’ve done other workout programs (beach body, les mills) and the back pain was always there. Since starting this program, the pain has disappeared and I’m seeing and feeling muscles in places I never have before. So glad to have this program and def feeling strong like a mother 💪

Ashley takes you through step by step to rebuild a strong centre before getting back in to or starting your fitness journey post partum. I’ve done crossfit and gym workouts prior to and during pregnancy but my core was destroyed after baby from pregnancy and an overactive thyroid taking away all my muscle mass. SLAM allowed me to simply rebuild inner strength at home before heading back to the gym. Currently on SLAM bridge and excited to progress to the next level. Feel so much more myself again. Thank you for all your hard work and passion.
