Can’t login even correct username and password

I joined the £10 plan in early July and was told by giffgaff that data was running out shortly on 2 August. I topped up twice upon giffgaff’s request, ie. 2 x £10 , but the data ran out abruptly on 5 August during my trip from Nottingham to Manchester. It caused me tremendous trouble. My complaint: Plus the £5 welcome bonus, my giffgaff account should have a total amount of £35. I request an explanation and refund if there is any management mistake.

I am unable to login. Not to say do anything with my account. Bad app!

Won’t let me log in to cancel my “goodie bag” which charges an extra £20 a month. It doesn’t even give me a heads up before deciding to charge me. I’ve reset both my membername and password. Disappointed

I understand that the service would be terminated if there is no usage in six months. May I suggest that, before such termination, an email would be sent to the user? And please also consider to add a function of autorenewal (ie auto recharge) such that upon doing so, the number could be maintained for another six months? People are often forgetful, so it would be nice if these can be done. Thanks.
