Use GRAB ! Don’t use gojek, low quality and steal money from everywhere they can. Don’t refund when they are supposed to. Scammers and bad company.

Big problem with the location I stay gang velka - PULAU 23 The driver always go in another place ( gang buru ) All the delivering for gang PULAU 21 are coming in my place ( 5 to 10 by day ) Really not pleasant Can you check this please ? Therima kashi

Again, after waiting 1 hour for my food, my delivery got canceled because there is no driver. During that hour, I was trying to contact the support but there is no way to get to a real person. The app is saying “we will get you a driver once the food is ready” but it’s a lie. I just checked with the restaurant and this is not how it works. They don’t start cooking until the driver doesn’t accept the order. The restaurant told me that there are drivers around so it’s weird. And instead of signaling the issue, the app is just making you wait one hour then they just cancel. No voucher, no excuses. Nothing. GRAB app is much much better. Never failed me here in Bali!

Gojek is zeer handig voor als je geen rijbewijs hebt of niet durft te rijden in het chaotische verkeer! Het is niet duur en komt soms zelfs beter uit qua prijs dan een brommer huren! Zeer betrouwbaar, alleen in de regen zit je vaak vast. Vriendelijke drivers, soms wat te wild maar dat valt al bij al wel mee. Er is ook altijd een helm ter beschikking! Op sommige plaatsen werkt het niet doordat je te afgelegen zit, dat is het enigste grote nadeel.
