No refund if Gojek loses your food or it gets eaten. You can wait for your food for 2 hours, and then they just cancel your order. Drivers cancel trips because they demand an extra 400k, even when the trip costs only 30k in total. Grab is much better.
It was a good one few years ago. But since the last update, there is 70% of my orders that are not going through after an hour waiting for the food.
Been waiting for 1h30 and they kept delaying the order until they told me they can't deliver and I should try again so wasted another 30mn. Bad service, it's 10pm I'm Hungry and no food

I never had problem with gojek but the gojek office at the airport Bali international, made me cancel my booking because they wanted me to pay “Deluxe car” pretending there is no normal car. It was a scam as i am living here i just change the pickup location and found a normal car straight away. Gojek is great to move around in bali, i couldn’t recommend more , but they shouldn’t lie at the gojek office at the airport Bali.
