It’s better to walk! Ore use Bluebird

Why does Gojek not make it harder for drivers to cancel or not automatically book trips they are not interested in. I live in Bali and this is a big problem. So much it’s being discussed on expat forums on internet.

The app is good but a simple improvement would give drivers near you a 10-15 second preference on accepting rides. Too many drivers that are way too far away accepts rides quickly and tij have to wait unnecessarily. Really degrades the experience.

Keep asking for more money then it says in the app and cancel if not

Have tried ordering food, but it seems like it’s impossible for the app to get any drivers, or the drivers drop the order after a short time. After that, the order just gets cancelled, and if you want the order you have to start over from scratch

Stick with another delivery company if you want any form of decent customer service. Gojek will take your money and not provide what you order. This company don’t care. Stay away

Waited 1 hour for food, was told the resto was making the food and everything. Then after 1 hour I’m told I have to reorder because they cannot find a driver. Why not let me know before instead of just cancelling my order?
