All the times I ordered from gojek I never got my delivery! And the drives tried to get me to cancel and pay cash more money! Second time I have to sleep hungry cause again I didn’t got my order and now it’s too late to go buy food

Food often comes cold a lot and when you complain the customer service is none existent. I think grab it better. They resolve things quicker in a better manner

Convenient app for food, rides etc. Usually falls over when you have to deal with missing food items or poor food quality as their customer service are incapable of making a decision or providing assistance, so make sure you keep pushing the complaint.

It’s such a life saving APP my life in Bali . Saving my time and energy every day

Landed in Bali airport and ordered a taxi. First of all the app picks up a totally different “live” location, miles away from where you actually are. Then it double orders two taxi drivers for the same trip, was charged a cancellation fee plus they tried to charge twice for the same 1h trip from Airport to Ubud. Deleting the app and going to use Grab instead from now on.

Таксисты обманывают, смеются, издеваются. Берут заказы и не едут. Из за них нельзя вызвать реального водителя

I would never use this app again especially for food delivery. What a load of rubbish

Gojek’s food delivery is awful. After ordering, it tells you it will deliver in the estimated time but never does. The estimated time will randomly change. It says drivers will be assigned, leaves you waiting for ages with no way to cancel, and no updates. Then it will automatically just cancel your order if you try to request support or ask for more information about your order through it’s awful chat bot. Forces you to pay for priority now unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food to arrive while drivers drop of 10+ other meals. Will be using Grab from now on.
