Gorilla Workout is a fast-paced, no-equipment grouping of over 40+ exercises. Our daily body-weight only workout routines combine cardio and strength training interchangeably, to achieve maximum results in a short amount of time. Each exercise targets specific muscle groups to help you strengthen and tone your core, abs, chest, back, arms, and legs, and melt away excess fat. With no need for gyms or fancy equipment, every workout can be done in the smallest of spaces and in practically any location. This is the perfect fitness app for people who want to get in to seriously great shape, lose weight, and gain strength without breaking the bank.
In addition to the normal Gorilla Workout routine we've also begun releasing Signature Workouts such as 100 Pushups, 100 Burpees, 200 Situps, 25 Pullups and 200 Squats to help you reach additional goals.

FULL DESCRIPTION
Gorilla Workout contains 4 levels that provide different workouts depending on your current fitness level. Level 1 is for those of you who are just getting into the fitness game and will have you starting with exercises like wall push ups, air squats, and lunges. Level 4 is for the extremely athletic type, where you'll be performing intense exercises like burpees, pistols, and one arm push ups.
Every exercise comes with a detailed text description on the muscle group worked, how to perform each movement of the exercise, and even contains a video of a real person performing the exercise so you can always ensure your form is right.
You'll start at Day 1 in each level and work your way through a day-by-day workout routine that will push you to make it to the next level. Once completing a workout you can share on sites like Facebook or Twitter to get encouragement and motivation, or for bragging rights if you’re competing amongst friends.
These workouts were designed to work every muscle group, so strength and muscle gains will be easily attainable in muscles like arms, abs, chest, back, and legs. Gorilla Workout is not only about strength and size though. Each workout will vastly improve attributes like agility, vertical leap, and cardio endurance.

Si no fuera por esta aplicación, no me despegaría de la PC. Lo bueno es que no necesitas comprar equipos costosos para hacer los ejercicios. Recomendado para personas sedentarias como yo.
Incredibly successful
I used this app to get fit several years ago to great success. I felt great and was able to gain the strength I wanted. Picking this back up after all this time and it’s still a great way to get back into fitness. The app has seen minor improvements throughout the years but overall it’s a very basic and straightforward app. I wish the interface was a little simpler but no major complaints.
Used it for years
Love this app. Every time I use it consistently I feel better. I haven’t always lost weight but I have gotten stronger and I always feel healthier and better about myself which is the real goal right? I have arthritis in my hands and back and have been pregnant while using it. Some exercises I have to modify or swap out to address my personal needs. Like I have to do wall pushups instead of normal ones because of the pressure on my wrists. Tutorials are clear and straightforward. I would love to see a low impact and/or natal workout added to the list of workouts.

You don’t need much equipment to get in shape and this app shows you just how to do it! Great body weight workouts abound! Love it!

The app is a great, easy planning workout app. Love the lay out and simplicity.
I’m not disciplined enough, BUT...
UPDATE: I’m still not working out regularly, yet I still keep coming back to this app! It’s simple and no-nonsense enough to keep me active whenever I am motivated to get/keep fit! —— Try as I may, I have *always* found it difficult in devolving a regular discipline cadence for working out. However, with all the apps and programs out there for getting some kind of routine, I always keep coming back to Gorilla Workout... to start all over. :p Getting in some exercise is completely on me. And I appreciate that Gorilla Workout makes it simple (though not always easy) for me to follow a program to burn some calories and get a little more fit every time I use the app!

Push-ups
I bought this when there was one program: push-ups. I did the workouts and lifted lightly in between and got up to 125 consecutive push-ups. The other workouts have also been great.
