We went with kids and our stay was simply great! The facilities are fantastic for kids, the prices are quite the reasonable, breakfast spread was elaborate. Will be going again!
The App is sub-standard. Support is done by chat bot which never answer your question. App never specifies whether the currency is US$, AU$, SG$, CA$… so you never know how much exactly you ca redeem.
The book payment slip didn’t indicate the country currency, USD currency or symbol. Did not allow to choose different countries currency that will be charged. very misleading after make the booking and make the payment. When I received the Bank statement show that my booking is under USD. Very disappointing the service and this app features.
One day before my check in to an apartment booked for HCMC and I’ve yet to receive contact info for the person meeting me for this procedure at the apartment. This is even when the website state that info will be provided 2 days prior to arrival.

Content is great so long as you dont sign in. Trying to sign in is impossible 1. App and web brings u on circular reference and nonstop “processing” but nothing happens 2. Sometimes lucky to reach the password setup page but faced with “error, try again” 3. Customer service obviously useless as tell me to go through a setup acct process and ignoring the issues i faced 4. Uninstall and retry does work Give up on hotels.com after many many yrs and booking. Dont know what happened to app since q4 2023…
Please do not use this app Hotel.com did not do their due diligent. when I change my check in date , hotel.com did not send the latest itinerary to the hotel that I have booked. When I was unable to check in they did not provide help and when I requested for refund they just go tru action and informed me that a refund was not available contrary to their policy that refund would be issued.
After update couldn’t sign in and all data lost.
Virtual agent can’t be use at all
