Just Eat - Food Delivery

Beware, if you miss 1 call from the courier, he may just leave and you won’t be able to reach him nor customer support since they do not receive calls from customers. The offer to send them an email which they won’t reply until your food is already thrown away or eaten. No refunds of course.Will use deliveroo

No way to talk to the courier, no feedback! The courier without delivering the order indicated that it had delivered! The support team is not responding at all!

I’ve made an order from Burger King this evening. There was no option to pay with cash, no option to contact the courier. I haven’t received calls to my number and to my doorbell, and the courier confirmed that the order was delivered in the app. I contacted the support and they told me to stop contacting them and to try to reply to a no-reply email! Worst delivery app, thanks to Glovo for their great support and option to pay with cash!

They are only allowing to blame the restaurant for an order not turning up. There’s no way to contact them. The restaurant is not at fault, they cook the food when JustEat told them to; but just eat failed to pick it up. The app directs you in circles so there is never anyway to resolve issues, it is poor user experience designed to make the customer frustrated.

Customer service is unhelpful and infuriating, they can’t literally tell you to get lost but they do have synonyms for it. Also very difficult to actually find how to contact them. They allow restaurants that do not exist. Please check restaurant locations before ordering so not to make the same mistake I did. Restaurant seemed to be in the middle of a field, even the driver couldn’t find it, food arrived after two hours even though it was predicted as 15 mins. When asked for a refund after an hour and a half they asked me to wait even longer. Food eventually arrived cold and inedible, And I was two hours late to function. Another time in the past my order was sat waiting for the assigned driver to pick it up, and after over two hours they cancelled my order, again no help from customer service. It seems each time I order something goes wrong. App deleted and never ordering from them again.

Well delivery is here, but the poor lass and I are on door step while she tries to enter my DOB - 10 minutes of my life wasted I’m quite easily to recognise as over 50 I don’t expect much from Just Eat but your system is naff

Absolutely disgusting service for refunds. Told me to wait 5-7 working days, it’s been well over that amount of time and still no refund issued. Terrible because you can’t even get into contact with them.

Can’t do basic things like change personal details

The app will tell you the delivery time is 25-35 mins but as soon as you place your order the delivery time goes up drastically, even up to 60-90 mins. So basically it seems they either misrepresent the delivery time to get you to order and then hope you won’t cancel OR they just don’t get accurate info from restaurants. This happens multiple times. It’s very frustrating to wait and then have to cancel. I also never *ever* get the dips I’ve ordered via Just Eat but I do get them if I order direct from the restaurant, which is very odd. Won’t be using Just Eat anymore. 11% service charge plus a delivery charge is also crazy. We’ll just start walking to the restaurant, it’ll probably do us some good!
