Just Eat - Food Delivery

Pathetic delivery, and straight lies about contacting several time when you just missed one call. Namaste restaurant on the other hand has done Fabulous and help in getting the delivery guy who says food is delivered. I am sure food is gonna be great but the delivery? Please better go yourself and pick it up.

Felt scammed

My food didn’t arrive. When I contacted support, they told me that the driver reported it as delivered, and there was nothing I could do. Ended up filing a chargeback with my bank.

Stay away from using Just Eat. They rarely get your order right, and when bringing it up with the support they require you to talk directly to the restaurant. So you are paying a delivery fee, order fee and extras for nothing. STAY AWAY! All the others; eg. Uber Eats and Glovo are a lot better. Just Eat are just here for your money, laughing all the way to the bank, and doing *nothing* to help their customers.

You never get anything you order.

I’ve contacted support *5* times about an instance when food wasn’t delivered. Each time i get an apology and assurance I’ll get refunded to my card. Each time, despite waiting up to a month - nothing happens. Avoid.

App worked well but card payment extremly slow

Ordered food and it was never delivered so I contacted the customer service - they have never replied, so I had to contact my bank to get a full refund. Use Uber Eats and don’t waste your money.

Not a single time an order arrived without a problem if arrived at all. Last order said it was delivered and it never came. Mo customer support, restaurant can’t do anything…. Will definitely not use anymore, not sure how they are still existing….

i was trying to order my friend some food because im a njce person and all of a sudden YOURE ASKING ME FOR 2 EMAILS 2 NUMBERS AND 2 ADRESSES? IM ORDERING FOOD TO ONE HOUSE?????
