Just Eat - Food Delivery

My order was canceled by the restaurant but the app said the order was being prepared. One hour later it said my order was delivered. I only found out the order was canceled through an email. I waited an hour for nothing and went without dinner because it was to late to order anything else.

this is the worst place to order food from and i will never recommend them again ig’s my first time ordering with them and my order is taking 3 hours to come it’s so stupid and dumb because there excuse is that there’s no drives around how can you have a company with no drivers?

My order was never delivered. No way to talk to a person to get it resolved, driver nor app.

I’m using it in Sicily and 2 orders were cancelled, then the 3rd order came, but there was no tracking, so I called the restaurant to confirm it was coming. They didn’t deliver one of the pizzas I ordered for some reason & apparently one of the beers broke, which wasn’t a big deal, but they didn’t automically refund them & it took 2 tries to get Just Eat customer service to agree to refund them. They said they’d email confirmation in 3 days…definitely room for improvement.

I did not receive my pizza order because my phone number was entered incorrectly ? I guess they tried to call me upon delivery and when there was no answer, they left. And so the company would not refund me. And they were super dismissive when I reached out about the confusion. I’m just sad ☹️

Never used an app with such terrible support. Driver just took my order several times and support refuses to help or care. Terrible app. Will never use again.

Lies about times pretty consistently- I had an order they wouldn’t show the delivery guy and ended up having to wait outside for 40 minutes only to have them tell me it would be another 25. The way they run the app hurts the drivers.

No option to add extra instructions

Just terrible

Aweful app driver never contacted me, food never came, help like disconnected me then said all help agents were offline after I asked for a refund TOTAL SCAM
