The worst food delivery app. No map, no phone number to courier, no money back returns even if food doesn’t arrive.

The app has No contact support. You cannot contact anyone or modify your order once you place. Driver tracking is not available as it says „lost driver’s signal” and then suddenly he is at your doorstep. There is NO WAY to contact the driver. I was forced to use it because Uber eats withdre from my country, but now I will look for some less popular alternatives. The mentioned issues happened multiple times, not in a single order.

Cold delivery or delivery left at the door without letting the customer know is “perfectly fine” with their policy. Not with my expectations though.

It is not tracking real progress, if you would choose non english country, you will have half of app in your phone language and half in local langage. I have made an order, food delivered was cold, late and different than I have ordered. Support does not care, waste of time and money, competitors are much better, never again.
