Logitech Control

I’ve had this keyboard for a while and to me the keyboard if fine but the app. The app says to connect the keyboard and return to the app. The keyboard was already connected but nothing changed, I tried deleting it then opening it again but, the same thing happened. I don’t know if it’s a bug or it’s just mine. Can they please update Thea app the help?

My keyboard broke after less than a year of use and this app keeps crashing as soon as I open it

Purchased new Combo Touch for my iPad 11” Pro M4. However, on loading, the app tells me I need to do a keyboard firmware update, and on completion continually get the same message. Unable to progress beyond this.

Utterly useless keyboard and companion app, I thought my experience would be different from other users, but I realised I was wrong when an older bluetooth keyboard from ebay worked better than this Logi scam product.

My keyboard is failing to connect because the app keeps crashing. I’ve restarted the iPad, cleared up things, redownloaded the app multiple times, checked for downloads, adjusted settings, but it won’t stay open to keep my keyboard connected.

App crashes 2-3 seconds after opening. what’s the point of an expensive keyboard if the app don’t work. logitech shamelessly doesn’t want to fix this problem either.

Please add 9th gen combo touch tho because i wanna make fancy lights on my keyboard 😎

So this is my second Logitech keyboard, the Folio Touch. I had the exact same problems as my first one. At first it starts off great, but then it turns off, the app does not help at all, the website does not help at all.

I purchased this keyboard for my iPad pro a few months ago, it started acting weird from the first week and it got worse and worse over time so I thought maybe mine is faulty. I contacted Logitech support and tried everything they said and still no luck, so I went and exchanged it for a new one hoping it might be just a faulty mistake. But nope, same problems and new ones too! Easily the worst keyboard for my iPad. Now I have to go back to store and change it for a apple keyboard. I honestly bought it cause apple store itself was promoting it and I had great experience with Logitech products before, I still think they’re a good brand for hips of things but not compatible and functional as an apple product accessory for sure.

Can you please make the text cursor move with the arrow keys.
