I have been trying to get the support from Logitech to get the issues fixed. There is no proper update which can fix these issues.

The Logitech combo touch keyboard for my iPad Pro, 12.9 inches suddenly stopped working. When I contacted Logitech support, they said it is because of the iPad OS update, but they don’t have any details about it, and asked me to contact Apple. When I contact Apple support they rightly said that the vendor, in this case Logitech will have to solve the problem. Logically Apple is correct because Logitech keyboard is meant for Apple iPad Pro and whatever Apple is doing they should be resolving it. If there is a bug in OS, Logitech will have to share details about it. But simply passing on the issue is escapism. If at all there is a problem in the iPad OS, Logitech should be speaking to Apple and get it resolved and not let their customers suffer without any resolution timeframe, because we didn’t purchase the keyboard from Apple. I don’t know what Logitech is going to do about this. If this is the kind of support, then I have no other way to throw out this keyboard and not use or purchase anymore Logitech products.

The on-screen keyboard keeps popping up despite my Rugged Folio being connected. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, spoken with Apple and Logitech about this, and yet the issue simply doesn’t seem to go away. I don’t know whether this is an iOS issue or a Logi issue. I would just appreciate the issue being resolved. From what I can see online, this issue seems to be a recurring theme with Logitech Keyboard Folios. Please please fix it. It is really annoying to spend 150 SGD on a product and then see it not working properly. If I wanted to see the on-screen keyboard while typing, I would not have purchased a Logitech physical keyboard at all.

The main page shows “Firmware update available” but the update always fails when I try. It says to check the connectivity between the keyboard and the ipad but dont think the problem is that.. (I am writing this review from the external keyboard).

Never recovered in the past six months…at this point m using it without the keyboard part. It’s now only a glorified expensive stand for my iPad Pro M1. Worst spend eva

The app is crashing on iPad

I have the Logitech keyboard for iPad Pro 11 inch. I happened to have some issues with the keyboard after a while, so I got this app. It detected the keyboard correctly, and once I viewed the instruction to update the app thoroughly, the process seems to complete successfully. The firmware version is still the same, as far I can recall, and it gives me the option to update the firmware every time I try to carry out the update. The version number never changes, and the prompt in the app always says that the update has been carried out successfully. I am unable to view the latest version of the firmware on the website either. To make matters worse, there seems to be no manual as such that come with the product. I came across some pictures online that showed a firmware version of v00.13 or so. Really confusing. I have no complaint about the actual keyboard folio; the build seems to be of sound quality, I am quite happy with how it works, the shortcut keys are really handy, and it offers good protection for the iPad. Software is just buggy. Please help. P.S: Firmware version: v00.11-1.05

App is getting crashed and keyboard not working

I’ve been using combo touch with my iPad 8th generation from past 1 year. I’ve never faced any issue, but from past 2 months I started having some problem with my combo touch. It showed that this accessory isn’t supported or not compatible, I thought maybe after an iPadOS update or an app update it’ll start working but that’s not the case. I feel like I wasted my 270$ for nothing. Please help me out.
