So I’m using logi folio keyboard for my 2021 iPad pro m1. the moment i run this app and close it the track pad goes unresponsive unless if i touch the keyboard. I’ve tested it several times and yes it’s the app that bugs it. so if you face this bug make sure to uninstall the app and restart the ipad.

It’s a good app for the keyboard and software is fantastic

very poor customer support , they are not evening replying to the messages emails or even on the phone no help whatsoever

Hello I got the folio touch for iPad Air 4. It’s truly great and amazing keyboard. But sometime the cursor won’t disappear if I’m watching a video or something. And what I end up doing is disconnecting the keyboard and reconnecting it so it can restart. Then the cursor will disappear. Thank you.

Ordered my Logitech Touch combo case for IPad 8th generation. Keyboard is working fine, BUT TRACKPAD is NOT working at all. I didn’t go for Smart Keyboard from Apple only because Logitech has trackpad, and now it is not working.

My full keyboard is useless and the app keeps crashing when I try to open it.

The app crashes 10 seconds after i open it every single time i try to use it. I have updated the operating system, the app, restrted, everything i can do. My keyboard no longer works and the app also does not work. Very disappointing for the price of this item.

Looking at other reviews, I have nothing new to say. The keyboard worked well up until 6 months ago, but now it seems like my only use for it is a heavy screen protector. App crashes everytime
