My full keyboard is useless and the app keeps crashing when I try to open it.

Defective app
The app crashes 10 seconds after i open it every single time i try to use it. I have updated the operating system, the app, restrted, everything i can do. My keyboard no longer works and the app also does not work. Very disappointing for the price of this item.

Looking at other reviews, I have nothing new to say. The keyboard worked well up until 6 months ago, but now it seems like my only use for it is a heavy screen protector. App crashes everytime
Newly purchased was defective
It took almost weeks to get the “support” to agree that my keyboard was defective. Than I had to wait another week for “approval” to actually shop it. I am now waiting another week for snail-mail shipping to actually deliver the replacement . Next, I still can’t figure how to remove the original case from my iPad without damaging the Pad.
Useless App
This has to be the most unusual app (read: weird) I have ever seen! It just sits on your screen and looks at you when you open it. Wow! Just WOW!
Repeatedly. Crashes.
I’ve had this for three years. Has worked semi well. But it officially stinks. The app continually crashes and my key board no longer works.

I can’t even open the app. It crashes and closes every time.
App doesn’t work
My Logi Folio Touch quit working after 17 months. I’m assuming due to iPad updates, but not sure. I read I need to install the Logi app. It installs but will not open, so I’m stuck with a very expensive case/keyboard that doesn’t work along with an app that doesn’t work on my iPad Air 5th generation, iOS 18.1.1
