Before I updated the keyboard. I was able to use the trackpad. Now after updating, now I can’t use my trackpad! Such a useless firmware. Get it fix!

The app does not currently have firmware support for the IPad Air M2. Does not recognize the keyboard and the support pages are completely blank. How can you launch a product like this?

Unable to use the keyboard folio now because the app just keeps crashing upon launch. Have tried to uninstall and install again but the problem persists. No way of using my keyboard folio now??

I thought that this app is supposed to allow us to use the keyboard even when it’s not connected to the iPad. I mean, if it needs to be attached in order to function, then the presence of this App means nothing at all, except to update the firmware. Perhaps you guys can think of a solution to this, a function that allows the keyboard to be connect wirelessly by Bluetooth and can be used without being connected physically. Bluetooth is already in iPads and many keyboards, isn’t it? It’s not so far fetched, right?

keyboard periodically cant work. and app crashes all the time…

The folio touch with touchpad suddenly stopped working and we are unable to connect not use it in spite of getting the latest updates installed. Your help is much appreciated to get this issue resolved.

1. I have to physically click on the trackpad in order to select an option on my ipad. Clicking on the top half of the trackpad doesn’t even work, I have to go lower for it to be responsive. 2. The app is useless. I can’t even update any setting for the keyboard, eg. have the option to tap the trackpad to select an option

My Trackpad, which used to work before, stopped working after installing the app!! Guys please fix it .. i paid for the keyboard and case mainly for the trackpad !!!! It’s been months.
