What happened!!! Until now still cannot use my combo touch keypad

Help me how to fix this problem

Keyboard function issue.. regret with the purchase

The build quality of their products, no doubt, but man the software is absolute trash. The trackpad of the combo touch is only functional about 50% of the time (at best) and fritzes out the rest of the time. Why can't it function without this software and just plug-and-play like a regular mouse? Is this an apple problem? Isn't this supposed to be certified Apple compatible? What am I paying for exactly???

Please review this trackpad issue. It’s not working accordingly. Update your software for easy usage. Hope this issue can be solved as soon as possible. Please make this as top priority.

Dear Logitech, please update the firmware where there trackpad always not working. I need to connect and disconnect back the keyboard to make it work. Every 10 to 15 minutes I had to reset it. I am sure the ribbon/connector will loose or faulty if we need too take it out and insert it back frequently. From ipad 12.9inch m2 user. I don’t know this is happen to latest ipad or what. Please help

The touchpad and keyboard happen quite frequently disconnected for my iPad Pro 11 2022. Please do the update asap. Happen always when scrolling using touchpad and suddenly the cursor disappear and can’t scroll.

First of all, this app is buggy as hell. The trackpad touches are atrocious at times. It get stuck and freeze so many times. I have connect and disconnect many times, uninstall and install this many times. THIS APP IS BROKEN BRO. FIX IT. THIS APP FEELS LIKE IT IS DEVELOPED FROM HTML. Basic stuffs man, fix it.🤦‍♂️

Dear users of Logitech, Please be aware that you are paying an unjustified price for your Logitech device. These devices that are claimed to be compatible and functional to apple devices is unjustified. Unjustified because they carry normal functions well, but the additional function they advertise are not working seamless as they claim, by the likes of: 1. Type and switch between devices 2. Take multi device to a new level with Logitech FLOW Firstly, type and switch has serious frictions between devices at times. Secondly, Logitech FLOW simply cannot be used if you do not have an operational software. IPad app keep on crashing at launch. I would not imagine that a big name like Logitech will have an app that keeps on crashing on my iPad. This means that I cannot use Logitech Flow - that ultimately was the key decision why I bought this over apple original keyboard. Without having the two key additional features, why did Logitech bother to sell their product at a premium price? Premium price seems to me unjustifiable at this point. I sincerely hope that they improve. Until then, one star.
