I did Get this app whit a mistake . Can i pleace have a refusjon?

Bruker denne til å holde meg oppdatert på hvordan det går med kampanjer og lister. Veldig greit å kikke på i møter osv for å gi status. Aller helst kunne jeg tenke meg at det gikk an å lage hurtig utsendinger i et enkelt format i appen, for eksempel noen linjer tekst og et bilde (en påmindelse eller lignede)

Flott design, mye bra funksjoner og lett å bruke, men jeg savner muligheten til å logge inn med flere kontoer og muligheten til å hoppe fra en konto til en annen uten å måtte logge seg ut og inn hele tiden. Men det gjelder jo bare for oss som administrerer lister for flere organisasjoner/selskap.

I used Mailchimp for two years, but in the second year, they started adding additional contact fees to the order of $1000 per month without informing me or giving you the option to adjust my plan. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround and tried to delay my cancellation, long enough to bill me for another month, which they successfully managed to do. This is a perfect example of a big company giving zero care or concern to their users. Their product is mediocre compared to other options, but this risk is not worth it at all

I’ve been using mail chimp for a long time and it’s been brought to my attention after asking why only 30 people open my emails that some are going to spam folders and others are not receiving my emails at all. I will not be using service anymore. Super irritating to pay money for something that isn’t working for months.

As a marketing professional this tool is serviceable. It doesn’t have any glaring glitches or issues with performance but its offerings can be limited.

Been trying to send a basic email campaign for days. I messaged for technical support. Been a couple days. No response. On the phone now because I had a free onboarding session as a new client. Nice person, but more than an hour later and we can’t get a basic email out. My contacts are clean. Can’t get technical support to join the call. Can’t send email to even 20 people. Wasted hours setting this up. How is this company owned by Intuit and the experience this poor?

Updated to the most recent app and now I can’t get past the login screen — it freezes on submission. Every time. I deleted the app, reinstalled it. Still won’t work. So it’s useless to me as an app, and I’m a paying subscriber.

This app saved my marriage. Can’t thank y’all enough

I love the easy email set up and being able to send to hundreds of subscribers with one click.
