Mailchimp Email Marketing

It is not possible to add url links / SoMe links to the SoMe buttons. When pressing settings and push at the separate media, the correction line pops up like 1 second and disappear. So doesn’t work.. Will take away that bar, and wait for new updates. I would like to be able to decide if the txt should align the outer sides of photos and have aligned sides. Would be a nice feature. Like any good writing program. I can make text boxes as jpg and add as “picture”, but then the feature about intuitive text sizing would not follow. Will check up onwards. Will get to know the app better., and add comments if I find something that could be improved:) Stars will follow my own knowledge and testing. Thank you and continuing good work. All the best Eva 2. I have taken away the SoMe bar, bcs doesn’t work setting up links, so no reason to send a post with faulty SoMe buttons. Can’t wait until you have fixed it…

Pretty awesome way of communication!

I used Mailchimp for two years, but in the second year, they started adding additional contact fees to the order of $1000 per month without informing me or giving you the option to adjust my plan. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround and tried to delay my cancellation, long enough to bill me for another month, which they successfully managed to do. This is a perfect example of a big company giving zero care or concern to their users. Their product is mediocre compared to other options, but this risk is not worth it at all

I’ve been using mail chimp for a long time and it’s been brought to my attention after asking why only 30 people open my emails that some are going to spam folders and others are not receiving my emails at all. I will not be using service anymore. Super irritating to pay money for something that isn’t working for months.

As a marketing professional this tool is serviceable. It doesn’t have any glaring glitches or issues with performance but its offerings can be limited.

Been trying to send a basic email campaign for days. I messaged for technical support. Been a couple days. No response. On the phone now because I had a free onboarding session as a new client. Nice person, but more than an hour later and we can’t get a basic email out. My contacts are clean. Can’t get technical support to join the call. Can’t send email to even 20 people. Wasted hours setting this up. How is this company owned by Intuit and the experience this poor?

Updated to the most recent app and now I can’t get past the login screen — it freezes on submission. Every time. I deleted the app, reinstalled it. Still won’t work. So it’s useless to me as an app, and I’m a paying subscriber.
