Mailchimp Email Marketing

I've already switched to the competition, at least they respond quickly, are polite and want to help us. If you continue like this, your new customer base will prefer other platforms, where we feel valued.

Can’t get into my profile as the error ‘hm profile is set up” keeps coming up with no option to get into my account ??

Mailchimp has made contacted the necessary people so easy and quick. It has made my life easier in relation to the events I organize. Big thumbs up.

Might be a useful app if it didn't crash every time I open it.

I used Mailchimp for two years, but in the second year, they started adding additional contact fees to the order of $1000 per month without informing me or giving you the option to adjust my plan. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround and tried to delay my cancellation, long enough to bill me for another month, which they successfully managed to do. This is a perfect example of a big company giving zero care or concern to their users. Their product is mediocre compared to other options, but this risk is not worth it at all

I’ve been using mail chimp for a long time and it’s been brought to my attention after asking why only 30 people open my emails that some are going to spam folders and others are not receiving my emails at all. I will not be using service anymore. Super irritating to pay money for something that isn’t working for months.

As a marketing professional this tool is serviceable. It doesn’t have any glaring glitches or issues with performance but its offerings can be limited.
