The most important functions does not work

The email campaign works terribly on ipad air 4. Nothing comes up when i try to edit the email campaign/ select a templete. How can the UX for an important function of marketing be so neglected?

Expensive and not helpful or user-friendly

Mailchimp is very expensive and not user-friendly. Allows you to create an email that looks ok on desktop but the archived versions are not automatically optimised on mobile. Also the help service is not helpful. It asked you if you’re looking for help then proceeds to tell you they don’t have all the answers but you might find something in the articles below.Basically meaning help yourself. There is no further link to get personal support.

Secretly charged thousands in hidden fees - do NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I used Mailchimp for two years, but in the second year, they started adding additional contact fees to the order of $1000 per month without informing me or giving you the option to adjust my plan. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround and tried to delay my cancellation, long enough to bill me for another month, which they successfully managed to do. This is a perfect example of a big company giving zero care or concern to their users. Their product is mediocre compared to other options, but this risk is not worth it at all

Over half my email list not receiving emails.

I’ve been using mail chimp for a long time and it’s been brought to my attention after asking why only 30 people open my emails that some are going to spam folders and others are not receiving my emails at all. I will not be using service anymore. Super irritating to pay money for something that isn’t working for months.

Love this platform, hate intuit

As a marketing professional this tool is serviceable. It doesn’t have any glaring glitches or issues with performance but its offerings can be limited.

No luck getting a basic email out

Been trying to send a basic email campaign for days. I messaged for technical support. Been a couple days. No response. On the phone now because I had a free onboarding session as a new client. Nice person, but more than an hour later and we can’t get a basic email out. My contacts are clean. Can’t get technical support to join the call. Can’t send email to even 20 people. Wasted hours setting this up. How is this company owned by Intuit and the experience this poor?

App update is glitchy

Updated to the most recent app and now I can’t get past the login screen — it freezes on submission. Every time. I deleted the app, reinstalled it. Still won’t work. So it’s useless to me as an app, and I’m a paying subscriber.
