Always look forward to a 40 min recharge nap any day I feel it would be beneficial and can sneak it into my schedule. Before this app it was tricky to fall asleep, not anymore with guided sleep meditation. Down Dog switches up the routines occasionally with Yoga and Barre, but it is rather infrequent to have a big change in the guidance for sleep meditation, which would be nice to not anticipate what is coming from the narration.

I enjoyed the story about the sangha and being part of a community. Because of life events, I have been isolating myself. When I’m ready, I would like to join the community and come back out into the world. Namaste.🙏

I have been using down dog for a while now, and it has been truly game changer for me as someone who struggle with overthinking and life challenges, this app provided me with the tools i need to quiet my mind and find inner peace. The guided meditations are incredibly soothing, and the variety of sessions makes it easy to find the perfect fit for my needs. I particularly appreciate the sleep meditations which have greatly improved the quality of my rest. I have noticed the significant improvement in my overall mental well_being since incorporating this app in my daily routine. The user interface is intuitive, and the app is stable and reliable. I am grateful for the developer's commitment to creating such a high-quality product. Just remember that for it to have its effect on your mental health, practice one session everyday Consistency is key Since I tend to walk a lot, I’m really grateful for its walking section. I go for a walk while meditating.
