Monese - A banking alternative

Randomly closed my account after complaining about their non existent support. Awful service and delays on all transactions. 0 stars

This is scam. I sent several thousands via SEPA transactions and money never arrived on my Monese account. Previousely I tested IT by sending two times per 10€ via SEPA and my money arrived next day. I send to Customer support bank payment confirmation but Monese support is sending me automate message now already I sent almoust 10 mails but their automate answer is “patience”. IT looks that this is scam. They wait you to send more money and than money dissapeare. I found on Trustpilot.Com Many cases Like mine. But too late for me. I will contact state regulatory authority. Scam. Avoid.

all good - only if the transfers would be a bit faster reg. accounts that heve already been used to transfer - a bit slow there i must say…

One of the worst customer support ever.

i’m surprised how cheap this platform is. stealing on transfers, impossible to communicate or ask for support and delays over transfers are enough not to trust this kind of people. shame

The app and the bank for online payment etc. is great had no problems with that. But god forbid to EVER but EVER be in need of their customer support. Phone calls end up waiting on the line for 30mins+ just so your call can be hang up or an automated voice message saying "no agent available". Chat support in-app consists of dumb bots and incapable "humans" who go full robot mode. E-mails, literally nothing besides automated messages that reply there it takes several e-mails to be sent about the same topic to get an reply weeks later even on the most urgent matters. I literally closed my account due to the nonexistent customer support, it's a disgrace an absolute disgrace.
