Monese - A banking alternative

I had opened the account for the purpose of free transfers across my accounts to keep budgeting. However, Monese charges €1 for every transfer even for small amounts. I’m not going to keep the account longer. Mobile App is fine, doesn’t crash,but slower than Revolut. I use Revolut and their charges are better and free.

Can’t login, always shows error connecting

I have never seen a worse customer service than these Guys. They don’t even care to reply the customers queries. How you guys are even surviving in the market !!!

Very much focused to the needs of customer, excellent interface, referral benefits, student promotion, nice looking free debit and virtual card. Makes it the best value in the market! PS: I was a N26 User, then I shifted to Revolut and Now I ONLY USE MONESE. The best app!

Terrible customer service. It took them over 20 days to reply to a rather basic query. Their live chat option never works. I guess monese is lazy and never replies 😂. I personally wouldn’t choose a bank that acts more like a fraudster(both monese and fraudsters ignore your calls/messages).

Dont use this app ,simply waste of money and time .no customer service ,just some automated reply from chat .. no reply for mail even after 1 week

There customer service is so pathetic that it will be beyond your imagination. In online chat, they don’t bother to reply for week. You don’t want to talk about how long they take for the email reply, do you?
