Monese - A banking alternative

I think this is the first review I post ever, on Apple Store. This online bank helped me in ways they'll never know. The app is working well too, easy to use. A bit disappointed when they removed the online banking though. Overall, still a pleasant experience and still useful :)

It’s a Laid back bank 🏦 I get it less stress it’s okay I guess

Made a transfer and over 8hours payment is yet to be received , tried ringing and emailing the help team nothing is going through..even went on twitter and IG to there account and no one is replying . I have got my £2500 stocked in this app for christ sake 🤦‍♂️

So much it problems takes 10mins for a text to be sent in order to wire money.

I’ve been scammed been on hold for 2 hours saying I’m no1 in Que no answer scam !

I contacted the customer service through direct call,mail and AI chat for a fraud transaction,even after 24 hrs they are not responding .

Transactions to another bank take an extremely long time. And now you have to pay 1£ per transaction to another bank

It charges £1 to do a bank transfer.

Monese help me I need access to my money I want transfer it to other account my card is not working no one is responding for my emails

I just wanted to open an account with monese , but after seeing the reviews… noo thanks.
