No digital services at wall - STAY AWAY
I open a “classic” plan (PAID ONE (5,95)6€/ month) and not even today, due to the Monese retarded way of verification (which has nothing to do with digital or all the bell and whistles of “new” way of financial and banking!) I CAN’T USE APPLE PAY! Second - their “SUPPORT” is worse than the one calling for Santa Klaus - just automatic responses - like “ Thank you. Kindly wait that the relevant team will get in touch you by phone today as soon as possible.” - when this today will be??? Exactly they tried to call me at midnight!!! Then the problem with Them not understanding THE SIMPLE QUESTIONS YOU ASKED… meaning they can’t communicate in plain and simple English => you asked them a bunch of questions, [since it’s their fault that don’t present or inform clients how the services are provided(!!!)], and they reply like full retards: “ Do you have any other questions?” 😳🤔😂 THE… YES I HAVE THE SAME QUESTIONS!!! You asked them a SIMPLE, STRAIGHT QUESTION, like - When can I use my card/services according to your own publicly marketed (and paid!) announcements? And in the retarded “customer” “focus” “oriented” they reply: “ I already raised it to my specialists team and they will get in touch with you as soon as possible.” 😳🤔😂 Doesn’t matter that MAYBE you are in a coffee ☕️ shop and you want to quickly pay and go or that you want to USE YOUR OWN MONEY in a transaction… THIS SO CALLED DIGITAL BANKING/FINANCE SERVICES OFFERED BY ANYONE/ANYBODY ELSE ARE A WASTE OF TIME SINCE THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IS FAULTY IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Sooner or later they will lock account and your card will stop working. You will not be able to use your own money and they don’t even let you know. They don’t even respond to your messages or email or phone calls - for weeks! All you can read from them are just copy-paste answers “We’re sorry to hear that...” But look at the other reviews here. They are either negative or just offering a promo codes. Check Facebook reviews - under each of their post you can read a tons of negative reviews. People cannot use their own money, buy food or medicine and Monese doesn’t care. Their support is a joke, the same joke as their services. Avoid them at all costs, otherwise you will loose your money.
