Is fine, but also frustrating

I can sign into my account and tell the app what kind of machine I have. But the app doesn’t take the next logical step and only show me capsules of the type my machine can handle. Not infrequently purchase a new flavor only to realize once it gets to my house that it is the wrong size. Also the in app chat function is terrible.

Can’t save edits to next shipment on recurring order

I go through and make changes to the next shipment of a recurring order. When i select save, i get an error message saying that changes could not be saved. I have to log in to the web site to make changes and it works there. Pointless to use the app

This app has so many bugs - I don’t think the testing team is trying very hard to find the bugs. Every time I interact with this app I am confronted with at least one obvious bug - error messages that don’t apply - screens hanging, just generally a bad app. I have never purchased something without the “store” misbehaving. Hard to buy stuff.

At first the app wouldn’t even let me place an order, I had to call in my order each time. Now I am able to look at my previous orders and reorder the same or choose recurring order etc! It takes me less than 2 minutes to place the order! Very fast and convenient way to get my capsules. Also maybe where I live has something to do with it but my coffee always deliveries in less than 3 days which is wonderful !

Using the app is not as easy and smooth as it should be. It is very easy to miss the promo code section, the option for free samples is frequently hidden (which should just be automatic), you have to hit the return arrow to go back to find accessories etc. At least they added the back arrow button. Additionally, the customer service they have been know for is gone. So sad. If you had a problem with an order a free sleeve would be offered now you just hear we’re sorry. You pretty much have to beg when they screwed up. It is ridiculous that you cannot cancel an order or add to an existing order even within minutes of placing the order. I have always been told no cancelling or changes because the order has already gone to the warehouse. I guess that wouldn’t be so bad if your order showed up the next day, but it doesn’t arrive for at least a week. PLEASE DO BETTER NESPRESSO!!

After several five star ratings over the past 10 years, I sadly now rate only one star. Why is that? There are 3 issues. The first issue is repetitive changing on my app to Australia English for the location. This means I have to go into location and reset USA English. Second, there are pop-ups from the app that ask you. What do you want to do? There is no clear markings that you’re supposed to tap here or tap there to continue or discontinue or whatever. finally, the app opens very slow and halting. Nespresso, what is going on here?

For years I have been asking Nespresso to fix their own app. They state all over that free samples come with all orders. Well, that only happens if you select “Free sample “ on their website, NOT their own App! I like to order via iPhone Nespresso App. Would be nice if they’d make the fix to the app or have a comment field when placing the order on app. Or just send the free samples, always, not just by request.

I never have the option for recycle bags so now they just get dumped in the garbage. Also my biggest peeve is that whenever a promotion, $20 off $60 or a free sleeve although applied is always denied even though I’ve spent more than required. I think your app should be investigated as false advertising. Just had enough Rosemary
