I was bought this machine as a present now I have to use the app Because of the weird capsules. The app is clunky and when I try to order what I want it’s never enough. Tells me I need to order 50 capsules, which would be fine if I didn’t already have 60 on the order, I then have to order more to get it to work. The coffee is fine, but not being able to buy the amount I want and being force to spend nearly £50 is not on.

Used the app quite a few times now easy to use and quick to order my next fix off coffee😊..

I have a Sage Creatista Vertuo and NONE of the maintenance functions work. It is extremely frustrating to have an app as your main interface with machine and functions not operate as they should. Very very poor.

When i select the quantity and type and press the button nothing happens!

Using this app is really user friendly, it’s really easy to select your coffee capsules, and even if you want to purchase a new coffee machine or accessories, easy to navigate and a simple payment process, highly recommend it.

Where are the links to troubleshooting videos, etc? Still way better than the ‘new’ app though

Early on in my use of this app, I entered my home phone number which is not accepted. I have been unable to permanently change it to my mobile ever since. I have never yet completed an order without the app reverting to the beginning, often more than once. If only the coffee was as bad as the app, I would have no hesitation in finding something else. Good compared to website but adding promo codes doesnt always work, and it sometimes says you’ve ordered the wrong capsules (e.g. vertuo instead of original) when you didn’t. Strange bugs make the ordering process difficult. Easy to pay though (of course).
