Cookooz: Recipe & Meal Planner

For almost a year I can’t reach the checkout screen, and apparently I am not the only one. In order to finalise the order i need to switch to the web app. At this moment, this app is useless ;)

Foarte ușor de comandat, rapid, explicații minunat conturate pentru iubitorii cafelei, detaliile nefiind deloc exagerate. ❤️ Fidelizare prin calitate! 🥰

Este o aplicatie usor de folosit, foarte prietenoasa. O recomand cu incredere tuturor celor care vor sa obtina o comanda rapid in timp util.

Mi se pare o aplicatie destul de complexa si usor de folosit. S-ar putea mici inbunatatiri pe ici pe colo ,dar chiar și asa este perfectă🙏

Won t keep me logged in, and order button is an infinite loop. 2 months since they know about the issues and do nothing about them.

I’ve been using their app for the past 3 years and I’m quite happy with it. It does crash from time to time, but it sends notifications about the status of my machine in real time, which is very helpful. One thing I would recommend adding is a feature where you can “favorite” a capsule or product, so that it would be easier to find when you want to order again.

The app looks nice ish , however the buying process is cumbersome, sometimes the selected values are not synchronized with the cart. Moreover,the mobile app cart is not synchronized with the web browser app. And lastly, even if you manage to select what you want to buy, the actual process of buying the coffee doesn’t work … and this hasn’t been fixed for months.

The app is nice to see, until you use it. Many bugs, errors when loading the shopping cart, benefits don’t load, no 10% cash back after 1 year of being a customer.. can be improved for sure

The app does nothing when pressing the button “Continue” after selecting the products so you cannot advance to Payment. So you cannot order through the app.
