App has all of a sudden become very slow to use, have to wait ages just for things to load/show up. Constantly checking App Store to see if there is an update for the app as it’s very frustrating now.

Lets me add to basket but not check out. Desktop top the same

Multibillion company that doesn’t invest in the tech for a functional app! App is constantly crashing and basic functionality doesn’t work, e.g. I’m unable to remove items from my wishlist! I press the delete button and yet nothing happens. Better off shopping using a web browser than the app.

Cant add anything to my basket and the last thing i bought those items are still in my basket and i cant delete them its very slow on the app and just unusable for the past few weeks

Way too slow. Stresses me out how long everything takes to load and lags constantly

I rated it one star due to the app's slow performance, taking nearly two minutes to reload. Additionally, the clothing material seems low-quality despite the high prices. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The app does not let me delete an item from my bag even after pressing “delete item”. I don’t know if this only happens on my phone. Needs to change

What have you guys done to the app? It doesn’t work! How are we meant to shop when your app doesn’t let us view products, add to cart or even checkout? Are the service being run by mice?

What is going on with this app it’s constant bugs after bugs after bugs it’s getting ridiculous now, you’re gonna start to lose a lot of customers if this app isn’t sorted!

Like you’d think over time the interface of an app would get better but noo it’s soo bad. I literally have to go on the internet one on my phone as it bugs every time. Wasn’t always like this which is weird. My item went out of stock as the basket wouldn’t allow me to remove things to buy what I wanted. The buttons don’t load. they actually need to fix it…
