Made 2 different orders with 2 different email addresses on the same day, 1 was in the early morning and the other was in the afternoon. Paid for express Netherlands shipping for both orders. 2 working days for delivery was promised. Received 1 order on the promised date, and the other one was not received up until and i’m already traveling outside the country tomorrow at 6pm!! I keep texting and no reply whatsoever.
Bad customer service and app ever , I didn’t get my money refund from June !!! Wrong sizes and even they didn’t care to send me that the order is not completed or sending any email to clarify to me why my remaining order doesn’t come!! Anyway I want my refund ASAP : Idiot customer service replied to me ( we can’t sent to you the swift message to check with my bank here in UAE ) As I have a doubt they didn’t send the money back idiot !!!!
The app crashes constantly and glitches cause addresses to be swapped and customer service is very slow. Use the online site, it’s much better. Also the favorites only loads the newest top 50.
bring it back to the classics rather than all this overpriced stuff
The amount of times I’ve had to keep logging into this app can. It’s also so glitchy never had a problem with any other app the way I have with this one
I ordered a dress it was like 7 feet tall and I bought shoes and they gave me 2 right feet and it won’t let us contact them

Since the rebrand the clothes are way more expensive and way worse quality, not entirely sure what PLT is trying to achieve, I’ve shopped here since 2020 and since seeing how basic,bland and cheap looking the new items are I’m done with shopping here. Disappointed.
It’s so long to browse on an iPad, please give the option to view more than 2 items whilst scrolling we need to see at least 3/4. Please refer to Zara’s app ta
