Can you add “Japan” and other countries in country choices? Products are great but couldn’t receive because of not correct address.

The amount of times I’ve had to keep logging into this app can. It’s also so glitchy never had a problem with any other app the way I have with this one

I ordered a dress it was like 7 feet tall and I bought shoes and they gave me 2 right feet and it won’t let us contact them

Since the rebrand the clothes are way more expensive and way worse quality, not entirely sure what PLT is trying to achieve, I’ve shopped here since 2020 and since seeing how basic,bland and cheap looking the new items are I’m done with shopping here. Disappointed.

I was optimistic about the rebrand looking at the styles and pricing, however made my first order since the change and I am massively disappointed. The quality is absolutely shocking, pricing does not support it at all and a very funny smell from the clothes. Not impressed to say the least and every item is to be returned, lost my custom!!
