Fast fashion nightmare.
Plt can come out with some cute clothes. But for some reason they FLOOD their website with the most random fast fashion items you can think of. I’ve seen so many clothes that genuinely don’t even look wearable and have clearly been made with the worst quality worst care possible. It’s like they introduce thousands of new items everyday that will 100% be thrown into landfill. And it makes no sense. Trying to shop on their website or app is impossible. There’s so many thousands of items that even if you filter to your hearts content. You’ll still be 3,000 items deep. And something else I’ve noticed it so many clothing items are seethrough or have some random add of fabric that ruins the entire product for no reason. Plt has ruined itself.
App inaccessible
App won’t load. Have tried resetting password multiple times to be told “access denied” emails I have sent to the company have just bounced back. Not getting anywhere.

this app is so useless like so laggy and glitchy, no reviews, filters never apply properly, search is rubbish etc etc etc
Don’t ever use
This is the worst shop ever I placed an order and it automatically added one of my last addresses and there is no way to cancel or change the address and there is no way to contact so be careful when placing the orders
App not working
Can’t change password, can’t log in. Screen keeps scrolling up after info is logged in even when password is right and password email is not being sent not to inbox nor to junk mail. I try going online to do it and it just redirects me to the most frustrating app. Honestly i would be annoyed if this app hadn’t caused me stress soo many times before.

it takes so long to load and when you search it says no results

Absolutely disgusting company DO NOT ORDER unless you want to throw your money away , they missed multiple items out of my order and now are lying saying that they watched CCTV and saw that they packed it but they clearly didn’t because I don’t have many items , I would strongly advise you do not order
