Priority Pass™

Getting worse day by day, removing one lounge after the other, and even those still listed are either with an impossible waiting list to access or they have a disclaimer at the entrance that do not accept Priority Pass. It is a joke, goodbye.

Lounges never take priority pass, and when they do, the “system” isn’t working

Regelmatig “wachtlijst voor pp holders “op schiphol. Na een uur nog steeds. In het buitenland vaak “sorry, no pp holders today” Idee van de kaart spreekt je aan maar de realiteit is totaal anders

The priority pass lounges are mediocre at best, but still offer better comfort than the rest of the airport. But sometimes the lounges are just completely closed, when I was flying from Eindhoven airport, for instance. The apology told me to better check whether the lounge was open at all, 😂. Mind you, this flight was during the day, and the airport was very busy; I’m not demanding the lounge to be open at 4 am. And now the app is simply not working, the tech team is working on it. Given the relative basic nature of the app, and all you really need is the QR code anyway, I’m doubting how long Amex wants to be associated with such an underperforming company.

Priority Pass is useless as one can never get in anywhere

Ik heb nu meerdere malen tijdens drukke en rustig periodes gebruik willen maken van de aspire lounge té schiphol. En elke keer Kan je je laten inschrijven op een wachtlijst. Andere kaart houders worden wel toegelaten tot de lounge. Helaas moet ik melden dat dít niet op zichzelf staat. Of een keer té vol waar ik begrip voor heb.

Maar de ondersteuning is waardeloos! Is geen contact mee te maken. Ik heb een nieuwe pas nodig, maar ze reageren nergens op.

The app and website is poor. Also some lounges in Europe are useless and the service is also not that great. Shame. :(

Marketing technisch goed in de markt gezet. Maar echte value for money te weinig. Geen aanrader.
