Pulse for Booking.com partners

Since last tuesday 18/3/25 I cannot open to read guest messages. And still not working a week now. The app has a lot of issue is general also. Like not being able to sync calendars from the app but only from the extranet.

I dont know why booking is not investing on making their apps more useable, also their customer and partner service is terrible. Im not using their services again

My application is not working

Messages can’t be written or sent from pulse App doesn’t allow me to enter the page where you can read and write emails

9 times I have to verify the website and it keep opening the pulse app which doesn’t do the function I want. What do we pay you for?

I want to Block Customers when they are very very dirty or rute.

The application is not working after the update.

sometime the pulse is not working and i have to format the application and install it again
