Payouts no longer showing up
Unfortunately the payouts and finances no longer showing up , I’ve had 8 booking this month but shows zero payouts even though I’ve received 6 of them please fix as I use for reference to keep track

Have never experienced anything more bad than this app and the interactions. Confusing, half the settings/policies missing. Their help center explains certain things but when you follow directions it’s simply not there. No live chat support. HORRIBLE app!

I don’t understand how an app can even be this bad. For something tied to your user’s actual income, your developers clearly don’t give an iota of care that that this deserves. I can’t even open up the bookings tab without getting a “unable to load data, please try again” error message. I have to then spend an extra 3-5 minutes figuring out which bookings need to be prepped. Fix the app

I am not receiving notifications for incoming reservations and cancellations. Only if I open the app. Please fix the problem
This app has recently become complete trash in the sense that it does not provide any notification, even though all of the notifications are turned on. Please fix this issue.
I’m new to this booking website and I have tried multiple times to use the app instead of the extranet website and failed. Log in asks if I’m human but the page never loads up. Maybe it’s just not ready to be used on an iPad yet.
