Good app but outdated
It takes a long time to send a message to people. I am also using airbnb and it is amazing so new so many different stuff and pulse/booking is so outdated and so slow working.

There is no possibilities to write my opinion about guests reviews. I think, booking.com needs to change the system of reviews. Its not fear, that thieves, guests who broke things in properties, cheaters, who booked for 2-3 persons and came 5-6 and did not find prepared all apartment beds are angry and writes bad reviews, almost always without description, when properties owners even cant explane, why they got bad reviews. Its their OPINION. Properties owners are victims in booking.com. I have friends, also renting apartments in booking, we always talk about these bad guests and their bad reviews. Unfear reviews every time breaks my heart, for this reason Ill leave booking.com from the end of August. I got too much pain during 7 years in booking, after bad reviews when it wasnt my fault
Unfortunately, there is a bug in a messaging system, which from time to time doesn’t allow to send messages to the upcoming guests. When I try to send a message it says “Messaging is disabled 7 days after checkout/cancellation”, which if totally not relevant to the upcoming guests. I have reported the issue couple of days ago to support team, they were not able to solve the problem. After some time, messages started working normally again. However, today I have faced the same issue. Not sure when it will be solved. Again, I need to send a message to the clients, but I am not able to do it. Disappointed.
Pulse app bugs a lot. Also it is impossible to find support here. Also why can you make an option to send multiple photos for guests via chat.
Я - админ. Чтобы изменить дату прибытия гостей, потратил около часа. Сейчас вот ищу, как изменить способ оплаты. Миллион НЕНУЖНЫХ кнопок, на русский язык переведено все криво, юзабилити страдает нереально. Откройте airbnb и посмотрите, как классно бывает.
If you want to read guest message you get “our privacy and cookie statement”; you can press how many times you wish the “accept and continue” but you’ll never get to messages - “our privacy and cookie statement” jumps out again and again - well done what to say 😀 Iphone 5s is ussed in this case. It is still not one star (2) as you still can see your calendar and see that at least you got message 🙈😀
Log in time out every few mins! Content won’t load up.
Its disconnecting all the time, really annoying
