I can t see the daily reservations

Worst application ever! You can’t see the check ins of the day you can receive the message in time , nothing is working !

As a host my “Message reply rate” is 0% because the app keeps lagging and wont let me answer to questions. Keeps happening every time

You need to fix this app, all over the world we use booking, we manage 30 hotels and houses and the app has delays, the customers complains..

It is easy to use and have all the details you will need as a hotel owner to control your reservations!

You should consider making the app better and fully working. Too many bugs every time I use it. From not being able to upload new pictures for my apartment, to opening the app and showing error messages. Notifications sometimes are not showing also.

How is it possible that a big and successful company like Booking.com has such a buggy App like Pulse. Look at your competition and please update your App so it stops having so many bugs and lagging in the chat. You need to improve the chat of the App!
