Don't use this app, they can't be trusted anymore!

This thing is broken!

After latest update it just restarted and deleted all my data. I’m now locked outside all of my accounts.

TLDR: Amazingly good.

Open sourced, with very neat, smooth and pleasant user interface. Animation are nicely designed, it’s very easy to import from QR codes and edit existing codes.

Lost all data. DO NOT GET

Garbage app. Trash. Useless. After they got bought, all my data got erased and I had to redo all my codes again for each account I had saved. Everything got wiped

Update Lost All Data

A recent update wiped out all of my data. Fortunately I still had the master key and a backup file, but the app couldn’t even load the backup file. The app gives the error “Could not parse JSON”, but I was able to unzip the file on my laptop and the backup JSON is a valid JSON file. Prior to this I used the app for years and loved it. It’s open source and I really do appreciate the work the developers put in to it. However given the recent data loss I’m not sure I can recommend it. If you do use it, make sure to save your master key and take regular backups. Fortunately the back up file is just a zip file with a JSON file in it. You can just pull the secrets from the JSON file to import your keys in to a different app.
