All data gone after last update. Due to issues on github it’s a disaster ⌨️🐒

thank you for losing my data

App sold to a shady noname company and instead of at least fixing older issues (like relogin prompts that clear after app relaunch) it just tripped over itself and lost the logins entirely, possibly locking a lot of people away. From what is going on in github I don't think that the new owner knows what he's doing. Export your codes (until they break the option), remove all the codes from Raivoand move away to other available options, the app is no longer stable and I doubt that it is even safe now.

The app was first sold to noname company. The first 1.5 update from the new company was completely broken at first, and then after hotfix they added a subscription, without which you can't even export codes. However, you can manually take screenshots of all QR codes, scan them from the 2FAS app, and uninstall Raivo.

Love the sync feature and security measures, however the app frequently loses connection to icloud. It prompts me to re-login to icloud to restore syncing, which is a drastic measure, but it seems like you just need to relaunch the app to make it work. Also, an apple watch extension would be great.

Garbage app. Trash. Useless. After they got bought, all my data got erased and I had to redo all my codes again for each account I had saved. Everything got wiped

A recent update wiped out all of my data. Fortunately I still had the master key and a backup file, but the app couldn’t even load the backup file. The app gives the error “Could not parse JSON”, but I was able to unzip the file on my laptop and the backup JSON is a valid JSON file. Prior to this I used the app for years and loved it. It’s open source and I really do appreciate the work the developers put in to it. However given the recent data loss I’m not sure I can recommend it. If you do use it, make sure to save your master key and take regular backups. Fortunately the back up file is just a zip file with a JSON file in it. You can just pull the secrets from the JSON file to import your keys in to a different app.

Lost all keys after updating app. Sent an emailed but delivery failed. No way to recover keys.
