Enteに移行すべし

以前はオープソースだったが、今は謎の営利目的の会社に買収されてしまった。突然のアップデートでユーザーをアプリから締め出す愚行。ローカルのみに2段階認証キーを保存していたため、すべてのデータが吹き飛んだ。iCloudにデータを保存していた人はなんとか救済されたようだが、ローカル保存勢はデータ消失したまま。FOSSコミュニティで炎上したため、火消しのために修復している様子をアピールしているが、そのうち再びその本性を表し始めるだろう。とっとと他のオープンソースのアプリに逃げるべき。

This app has been sold away from its original creator. Many people have lost their data. Avoid at all costs.

Best 2FA app out there

Update: I just learned this all was sold to a scammy mobile app company who. I can not trust. Removed all my authentic and switched to a different app Works perfect. Sync through iCloud. And recovery is super easy. Why choose anything else?

I lost my data and forgot the password

At least I have a second phone that has auto-update disabled.

※※※もしまだアプリのバージョンが1.4以下の場合は、アップデートしないで下さい。また、キーをバックアップしてください※※※ 元々オープンソースだったRaivoは昨年企業に買収されたらしく、今年5月の買収後初めてのアップデートで、全てのキーを消滅させてしまう致命的な不具合を起こしてしまったようです。また、キーのインポート・エクスポートの機能は有償機能に変わっています。

NEVER USE. 決して使うな！

After update of aquireing, I lost all of codes, period. Never use this app anymore. 買収後のアップデートにより、全てのコードが失われました。

Do not trust

After the app got sold, it has been updated on App Store without changes being published on GitHub. Do not trust your secrets with the new owner.

Lost all data. DO NOT GET

Garbage app. Trash. Useless. After they got bought, all my data got erased and I had to redo all my codes again for each account I had saved. Everything got wiped

Update Lost All Data

A recent update wiped out all of my data. Fortunately I still had the master key and a backup file, but the app couldn’t even load the backup file. The app gives the error “Could not parse JSON”, but I was able to unzip the file on my laptop and the backup JSON is a valid JSON file. Prior to this I used the app for years and loved it. It’s open source and I really do appreciate the work the developers put in to it. However given the recent data loss I’m not sure I can recommend it. If you do use it, make sure to save your master key and take regular backups. Fortunately the back up file is just a zip file with a JSON file in it. You can just pull the secrets from the JSON file to import your keys in to a different app.
