Not a good app. You can't choose whenever you want the apps blocked, you have to choose when you want them UNblocked, and you have to pay premium for them to be blocked?? I also deleted the app but my apps are still staying blocked and I'm wondering how the hell I'm supposed to fix that when I don't even have the app anymore.

Without any payments, this is the way to go. There’s a setting to make you stop and breathe when you try to stop the blocking process. I think it’s pretty great. Useful for studying or trying to sleep without that need to check apps. I’m sure I’ve recommended it to multiple friends at this point. :)

I use this app in conjunction with BePresent, and the combination is great. In the past 4 weeks, I’ve gone from 4hr30 average to 1hr10. Given, I made my phone boring by making it black & white, as well as deleting most apps, but refocus really helps with limiting your screen time. If you’re in a moment of weakness, don’t worry. Your apps will be blocked and it won’t be an issue.

The app really works! I recommend it! It helped me manage my time.

So apparently I spend way too much time on social media. Got to make a change. And this app helps out. Keeps me focused
